ThroBak Warranty, Return and Refund Information
ThroBak Guitar Pickups:
ThroBak Electronics guarantees all guitar pickups to be free from defect for the lifetime of the original purchaser. ThroBak will repair or replace effect pedals that have a valid warranty claim. Damage due to abuse or misuse is not covered.
Pickup return policy:
If uninstalled, standard models of ThroBak pickups may be returned within 2 weeks of being received if they have not been installed and are in new condition in their original packaging. Pickups with custom options such as 4 conductor wiring, quick connect wiring, short leg baseplates, Gold covers or with any other custom specification are not returnable. Any pickups which have been installed or altered by the customer are not returnable.
ThroBak Effect Pedals:
ThroBak Electronics guarantees all effect pedals to be free from failure for a period of 5 years for the original purchaser. ThroBak will repair or replace effect pedals that have a valid warranty claim. Damage due to abuse or misuse is not covered.
Effect Pedal return policy:
ThroBak effect pedals may be returned within 2 weeks of being received if they and are in new condition in their original packaging.

ThroBak guarantees Vintage Choice guitar strings to be free of defect to the original purchaser.
Guitar Strings Return Policy:
ThroBak guitar strings may be returned within 2 weeks of being received if they have not been installed and are in new condition in their original packaging.
