Every effort is made to repair a vintage pickup without rewinding, but when your vintage PAF needs to be rewound do it right. All ThroBak Vintage rewinds are done with our complete selection of 42 AWG plain enamel magnet wire that covers the entire range of vintage wire sizes within the 42 AWG tolerance. This assures we can find wire that is an exact tonal match to the wire in your vintage pickup. Each rewind receives a Certificate of Authenticity stating the machine used for the rewind, magnet wire lot and final resistance of the rewind. Minor Repairs Fee (repairs that do not require a rewind).
$300 plus parts and shipping

Major Repairs Fee (repairs that require one or two coil rewinds).
$400 for one coil rewind plus parts and shipping
$600 for two coil rewinds plus parts and shipping
